Formé au Conservatoire de Valencia (Flamenco, Classique espagnol), au Conservatoire de Strasbourg (danse classique, modern'jazz et danse contemporaine), puis à Madrid et à Séville avec les grands maîtres du Flamenco actuel. Carlos a fait partie de compagnies espagnoles comme la Compagnie de Bélen López (spectacles Atrapados por el Arte et Cuando Amanece), la Compagnie « del Camborio » (Opéra Carmen de Franco Zefirelli, tournée en Italie), la Compagnie Rafael Aguilar (tournées à Taïwan et au Qatar).
A Paris, Carlos est sollicité pour les plus importants projets artistiques touchant au Flamenco comme Le Cid Flamenco (théâtre Comedia, mes : Thomas le Douarec), Zorro, le musical aux Folies Bergère (mes : C. Renshaw), Le Barbier de Séville (Théâtre du Châtelet)... Il crée le spectacle El Desván à l'automne 2010, puis son premier solo : Libertad de Ser (création à Paris au printemps 2011).
